This programme is designed to allow working adults understand the basics of communication, to pick up the fundamentals of effective writing for the modern world and a little bit of grammar. It is a combination of information on these areas with ample opportunities to practise what has been learnt.
Drawing upon vast experience in the working world, Communication Skills for Higher Productivity uses a blend of methods that have been tested out in Malaysian corporations. These include for Bank Negara, LATAR, PUAS, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and UMW. Participants will leave the workshop understanding how to craft written and spoken messages that bring about the desired results.
