OVERVIEW

AGILE LEADERSHIP: Leadership Skills In An Agile Working Culture is about discovering what makes a team manager get from good to being great at the workplace. What are the attributes or common denominators that define agile leadership behaviors? What are the crucial behavioral traits one needs to embrace as an individual?
